One of the requirements of Membership is to agree to our Code of Ethics.
To remain a Member in Good Standing, members must conduct themselves according to our Code of Ethics & AI Content Guidelines for as long as they are a member.
Members in Good Standing have the opportunity to earn badge certifications from us. Members may then use this intellectual property of the HCA, validated by Credly, to communicate to the world that they adhere to the HCA Code of Ethics.

Our Core Badge, and the first in the AI Ethics Practitioner series, is the AI Ethics Practitioner I - Authentic Human Creator badge. This certification communicates that they are a Member in Good Standing with the HCA, and have agreed to our Code of Ethics.
To acquire and keep this credential, Members must maintain an active Membership in Good Standing, and complete a short interactive course that explains our Code of Ethics in more depth and is designed to help members fully understand the rules they have agreed to follow.

Creators who want to show that they RESPONSIBLY USE generative AI in their works according to our Code of Ethics.
